What we offer
"How can I increase my motivation? I feel stressed. I can't get ahead." Each of us experiences a low at one time or another. It's part of being successful. It's just important to know how to get out of that low. With our experience and know-how we would like to support you in realizing your full potential. We work with the latest scientific findings and try to offer you goal-oriented assistance to get back on track as quickly as possible. Of course, there is no simple recipe for mental coaching that achieves the same effect for everyone. However, with the right mentor at your side, you can tap into an incredible amount of potential. By the way, mental strength improves the quality of life and is crucial for the success of an athlete today. Our Mental Coaching program is all about helping you in your personal development and pushing you mentally to the next level. This can be sport specific or lifestyle coaching. Think of us as your friend who you can tell anything to, but don't have to.
How we proceed
We get to know each other in an initial consultation. Because that is the foundation for a successful cooperation. Whether face to face or online is up to you. The important thing is that you feel comfortable. In this conversation we find out what is bothering you and what I can help you with. We decide together how many sessions we need to deal with your issues.
