"Which exercises should I do and are right for me? Which exercise is good to improve my kicking?" With our remote coaching, you can train at the gym of your choice, regardless of location. Our goal is to get the most out of you. We achieve this by taking your wishes, goals and availability on the basis of a consultation (phone call) and create a personal training plan. With our support you know exactly how much weight, repetitions and which exercises you have to do. Of course, we will be happy to answer your questions personally. After the training session you give us feedback. This helps us to optimally prepare your next training session. The best way is to send us a video of your exercise performance. If you have questions regarding nutrition, we will also support you in this important topic. As a competitive athlete, we can also accompany you and ensure that you improve your performance in your sport. We work hand in hand with you and develop the optimal training plan taking into account the total load. Whether speed, strength, endurance, nutrition, all this works from experience also super in the online support.
