What we offer
Unfortunately, we still observe that even at a high level, nutrition is not right at all and is given far too little attention compared to other performance aspects. We believe that the right nutrition is crucial for the success of an athlete. It helps with energy supply, regeneration, adaptation as well as for one's own well-being. That is why nutritional support is a part of our coaching. The right training is only one piece of the puzzle to success. Getting enough sleep and eating the right foods are just as important. Can we provide nutrition plans? Yes, we can - but we don't! Our credo is knowledge transfer. Our goal is for you to understand what's important in nutrition and later be able to create your own nutrition plans. We think that this strategy is more sustainable than handing out nutrition plans. That's why we follow the strategy of handing over the responsibility to you.
How we proceed
After we teach you the basics of nutrition theory, we show you how to track your nutrition. To start, we'll have you track your nutritional values for a week, and we'll always be on hand to answer any questions you may have. We will take your training plan into account. After one week, we will exchange information, inspect your nutritional values and give you tips for improvement. This is how it continues. We don't try to adjust everything perfectly right away and turn your diet upside down. A dietary change or adjustment is a habitual change and that takes time. If tracking your diet is not possible, there are alternatives. We go shopping with you and show you what to look for. The coaching is a learning process for yourself, and we support you by your side. At some point, the moment will come when you have understood everything, you will know exactly how to manage your nutrition and you will no longer need us.
