Our goal? To make a champion out of you!

 

In our personal training we get to know you in a personal conversation and together we create a strategy to efficiently achieve your set goals. This strategy is individually tailored to you.

During the first workout, we take stock (current situation) and measure the fitness component you want to improve. This lays the foundation to accurately measure and monitor future progress (target situation). You will then be technically coached at our training sites, where we take special care to ensure that the exercises are functional and sport specific. If you wish, after the introduction of your fitness plan - in which we make sure that the execution of the exercises is correct and clean and that you have understood everything - you can autonomously continue training yourself at home or in your local gym according to the plan and thus switch to the remote coaching mode...

If you want to train from home or at the gym of your choice, we will continue to support you. Based on the previous training, we give you goals for the next training session, adjust your plan and take care of you nutritionally. Of course, this also applies to personal training in physical form.

If necessary, we can call in a physiotherapist to analyse any dysfunctions. Progress is continuously tracked and compared to the initial assessment. On this basis, the strategy is continuously adapted according to the results of the performance analysis.
