What we offer

"How can I make constant and efficient progress? Should I increase the weight or the repetitions? Or rather the sets?"
After you have completed our questionnaire, we will create a one-off personalised training plan that answers these questions. It is tailored to your personal goals and preferences and is intended for an entire training cycle of 4 to 8 weeks. You will also receive access to numerous instructional videos and a strength training guide. There is no personal coaching. Are you inexperienced in strength training or do you want to make new progress? Then we recommend our personal training or remote coaching.
