What we offer
"How can I increase my motivation? I feel stressed. I'm not getting anywhere." All of us experience a low at one time or another. It is part of success. It is only important to know how to get out of this low. With our experience and know-how, we want to support you in realising your full potential. We work with the latest scientific findings and try to offer you goal-oriented support in order to get back on track as quickly as possible. Of course, there is no simple recipe for mental coaching that achieves the same effect for everyone. However, with the right mentor at your side, you can tap into an incredible amount of potential. By the way, mental strength improves the quality of life and is crucial for an athlete's success today. Our mental coaching programme is all about helping you in your personal development and pushing you mentally to the next level. This can be sport specific or lifestyle coaching. Think of us as your friend who you can tell everything to, but don't have to.
How we proceed
We get to know each other in an initial consultation. Because that is the foundation for a successful cooperation. Whether face to face or online is up to you. The important thing is that you feel comfortable. In this conversation we find out what is bothering you and what I can help you with. We decide together how many sessions we need to deal with your issues.
