Personal Training

We are your 360 degree coach and support you in all matters. Be it in strength development, speed, endurance, nutrition or mental. In a personal conversation we get to know you and together we create a strategy to achieve your goals effectively and efficiently. This strategy is individually tailored to you. 

Remote/Online Coaching

Our favorite among our customers. With our remote coaching, you can train in the gym of your choice, regardless of location. Our goal is to get the maximum out of you. To achieve this, we will work out a customized training plan with you and, if necessary, give you tips on nutrition. You will have your own personal trainer who will always accompany you, advise you and get the maximum out of you - taking into account the load control. With videos we make sure that you perform the exercises correctly.

 

Mental Coaching

Talent alone is not enough to stay at the top in the long term. Why? Talent is crucial to how good you are at what you do. But without the right attitude, sooner or later you'll reach a point where you can't move forward. Whether it's blockages, lack of motivation, lost focus, insecurities or simply no further development - mental coaching helps you to increase your quality of life and to realise your goals sustainably.

 

Workout Plan

After you fill out our questionnaire, we will create a workout plan tailored to your personal goals and preferences. The plan is designed for an entire training cycle (4-8 weeks). You will also receive access to instructional videos and a guide that covers the basics of strength training theory.

Nutrition coaching

We believe that efficient progress can only be guaranteed through the right nutrition. In order for us to rigorously pursue your goals, we may need to adjust your diet accordingly. The first priority is the training stimulus, but nutrition plays an equally important role. Whether gaining, maintaining or losing weight, the appropriate intake of macro- and micronutrients is crucial for success, especially in competitive sports. We create nutrition strategies that are optimally adapted to your goals, your preferences, your everyday life and your wishes.

 

Sprint Training

Quickness is a significant quality of an athlete. It plays an important role in the success of an athlete and is crucial in many game situations. We want to help you become faster. After a thorough analysis, we will create a strategy that combines technique, strength and sprint training. Depending on your starting position, the individual components will be weighted accordingly. To get you to peak performance, we use sprints with resistance as a specific strength exercise for acceleration and top speed training for top speeds. We analyze your sprint times and your sprint technique down to the last detail and give you suggestions for improvement.
