Ultimate Booty Training Program (2-3x/week)
This booty training program is a 3-month program with 2-3 training sessions per week.
While it forces you to follow a certain progression pattern to make sure you really progress (with built-in formulas in the Excel spreadsheet), it gives you a certain freedom in exercise selection: the exercise type (muscle group/movement) is given, but you decide on one specific exercise per category (an overview is provided).
Not the run-of-the-mill training program you usually get at the gym, but a sophisticated system that helps you achieve your goals.
